Job title:  Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

Job duties:  Research and write motions, objections and responses to such motions/objections for proceedings before State and Federal Courts; provide legal research to fellow attorneys on various issues, including divorce, landlord-tenant and juvenile delinquency in relation to bankruptcy; interview clients to explain a bankruptcy process and a fee agreement; provide customized instructions to individual clients in order to prepare each client's document production;  analyze statistics on number and type of cases filed each month to provide marketing strategies to each satellite office; research frequently arising issues in order to better prepare each case prior to filing;  Attend court hearings for Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy

Requirements: 
-         Able to practice law in the State of Michigan
-         Ability to research in multi disciplinary subjects
-         Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
-         PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis
